                         *  How property follows trends for breakdowns and/or repairs

                    *  Offer alternative software program

                         *  Analysis provided of faulty equipment and guest room conditions

 

B.  Software

                      *   Software installation, password, and three hours of training per year  

 

C.   Upload of  Equipment Data:  

                    *  Collection of all Make Model #’s and Serial #'s         

                         *  Labeling of equipment; Scheduling of  equipment

 

D.   Maintenance Weekly Service  Plan:

 

                      *   Opening and closing of work orders

                      *   Weekly reports generated on both meter readings  and

                    work orders status supplied by engineering department
